Real-world exposure makes all the difference. Corporate site visits are one of the most important parts of the L.E.O. Program™, because they help students turn curiosity into direction and possibility into purpose. This spring, students from two of our partner schools went behind the scenes at UPS and Morgan Stanley.
West Side High School at UPS
During their UPS site visit, West Side High School students gained firsthand insight into logistics, teamwork and career opportunities. For many of them, it was a first look inside a global company and the many paths to a career there.

Mount Saint Dominic Academy at UPS
From supply chain operations to emerging technology, Mount Saint Dominic Academy students experienced firsthand how teamwork, leadership and innovation come together at UPS. A special thank you to UPS for being such an invaluable partner and supporter of the L.E.O. Program. Opportunities like these would not be possible without organizations committed to investing in the next generation.

Mount Saint Dominic Academy at Morgan Stanley
The Mount girls also spent an inspiring day at Morgan Stanley and walked away inspired, empowered and motivated for the future after meaningful conversations and valuable insight from industry professionals. Opportunities like this help students envision themselves in spaces where leadership, innovation and ambition thrive. We are so grateful to the Morgan Stanley team for investing their time and insight into the next generation of young women leaders.
