Big ideas start here. Demo Day 2026 at the American Community School (ACS) of Athens celebrated the work of students in the ACS Athens Open Program as they presented innovative ideas and solutions developed throughout the year. Students shared projects focused on solving real problems and creating positive impact in their communities.
The event also marked the official launch of a new collaboration between ACS Athens and the Leonidas Foundation, introduced with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on stage. ACS Athens is the first L.E.O. partner school outside the United States, joining Don Bosco Preparatory High School, Mount Saint Dominic Academy and West Side High School.
Through this partnership, ACS Athens Open students will have the opportunity to earn scholarships to take part in the L.E.O. Odyssey, our summer leadership summit in Washington, D.C., gaining leadership and entrepreneurship experience alongside L.E.O. students from New Jersey.
Demo Day 2026 highlighted the power of student innovation and what’s possible when young people are given the tools, mentorship and opportunity to lead. Thank you to the ACS Athens community for welcoming us, and congratulations to every student who presented.
